Bulletproof Suspension Inc. has designed a Chevy-GMC 1500 10-12 Inch Lift Kit system with the engineering and superior quality Bulletproof Suspension Inc. is recognized for. Our 1500 4WD Bulletproof Suspension system has set the bar for the lift business best Chevy 1500 4WD lift kit on the market. All components are made from A36 steel plate 1/4” thick or thicker and heavy wall D.O.M.(drawn over mandrel) seamless steel tubing. We use continuous seam welding with our gusseted truss constructed. Bulletproof Suspension’s 1500 4WD lift kit system for it’s name sake is “Bulletproof”.

Our kit features a one piece lift cage, w/ aircraft grade Chromoly 7- piece Heim outer steering with 4140 hardened steel bushings, dual front shock system, differential drop brackets, Uni-Ball A-arms up-grade is available. Six shocks are required for this system and we offer Standard Shocks or Bulletproof Shocks as options. complete instructions with photos and hardware kit labeled for each step make the installation a breeze. We here at Bulletproof Suspension Inc. recommend Atlas Rear Leaf springs (quoted separately). No blocks, “Add-A-Leaf” or shackle extensions on our kit. At Bulletproof Suspension Inc. we don’t cut corners and set you up right in the first time. Our Dual Shock system comes standard on the Chevy 1500 Bulletproof Suspension lift system and upper control arms and off-set a-arms for more caster gain are included as well.

1999 to 2006 Chevrolet 1500 4WD have a reputation for wearing out factory idler arms especially when you install 37” to 38” tires. The Design team here at Bulletproof Suspension, has added yet another stand above the rest improvement to our steering system in the way our manufactured 7071 aluminum billet steering arm drop downs. Our billet steering arms are further enhanced with 4140 chromoly bushings heat treated to ensure long life and are far superior to the factory component. The pitman arm powers the Bulletproof Suspension Inc. steering system and allows your tire choice to turn freely without effort or strain on the system.

Bulletproof Suspension Inc.’s Chevy 1500 4WD lift kit systems tie rods, center-link and drag-link are made out of 1-1/8” O.D. .219” wall thickness D.O.M. Tubing attached at all ends with our seven piece chromoly steel heim rod ends. This system is definitely “Bulletproof”. We drop the differential the full amount of the lift to maintain the suspension within factory specification and eliminate any extreme angles that come with other lift kits. In addition, bump stops and droop stops are added to ensure that there will be no over extending, compressing or binding in your suspension system.

We here at Bulletproof Suspension know that your vehicle is important to you, so we designed our Chevy 1500 4WD kit so that there is no need to remove the main boss from the differential like most of our competitors do. Keeping your critical factory components in tact is essential and not doing that is just a cheap short cut.

Another critical factory aspect of you truck is wheel track and wheel base. Bulletproof Suspension Inc. maintains the factory spindles keeping your track and wheel base and off-set stock.

We also include Bulletproof Suspension Inc. torsion keys giving you the option of taking you truck up to a full 12” of lift (hence the 10” – 12” ability). Notes: Require 1.5” extension of front drive shaft. Vehicles with auto track require CV type front drive shaft.
